ei aavistustakaan minkätyyppinen huumori mulla on ja edustaako se jotain perinteistä suomalaista vai onko vivahteita brittiläisyydestä vai onko jo jonkinmoinen ihme sekasikiö. tässä esimerkki hauskasta keskustelusta. normaaliin tapaan, kaks meistä nauroi noissa *naurukohissa* lopussa happea kunnolla ees saamatta kun taas tuo vuoropuhelun kyselijä oli alusta loppuun vakavana (siis tilanteessa minä ja kaks brittiä). mutta hyvä esimerkki kyllä mun huumorista nykypäivänä...

-So what is the national sport in Finland?

minä: 'Erm.... I think it’s this version of the baseball we kind of just created ourselves, nest ball I think it is called'

-Oh wow, so how does it differ from baseball?

minä: 'Well one big difference is that while in baseball the ball is being thrown horizontally to the player, in nest ball the ball is thrown vertically. So basically there is someone next to the player throwing the ball up to the air. Our version makes the hitting probably just much easier. Probably like you know the kids can play and all.'

*laughing*
-'What if you have a bad coordination and you hit the person standing next to you with the bat? 
minä: Erm… yes that is a good point, well if you are throwing the ball you obviously need to step back immediately after'

*more laughing*

minä: '…and you know when we were kids if we missed two balls with a bat we could try to hit the third ball with a tennis racket.'

-And that is your national sport?

*going to laugh literally below the table*
